DVDs are NTSC, they are playable worldwide but not in PAL-only machines.

We ship internationally to Canada, Australia, and the EU (except for Germany).

Other regions have tax laws that make it too difficult to ship there for now. 

Please be aware that deliveries outside United States may attract customs fees, taxes, and duties payable by customer on delivery. Refusal to pay these costs is not grounds for a refund.
