Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of:

• a defective product upon delivery
• an incorrect item sent due to an error on our part

If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Please be aware that deliveries outside United States may attract customs fees, taxes, and duties payable by customer on delivery. Refusal to pay these costs is not grounds for a refund.
